Terms of Service change history
Every published version of the Terms of Service, newest first. Published versions are never deleted or rewritten in place, so the text you accepted at any point in time stays verifiable.
How versions work. Corrections such as typos and broken links are fixed in place without a new version. A clarification that does not change your rights produces a new version and an entry here. A material change — a change to your rights, a fee change, a cancellation-policy change, or a sub-processor expansion — produces a new version, an entry here, and an email notice at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Version 1 — effective 24 July 2026
- First public Terms of Service for the hosted Drawoble service, published before the private beta opens.
- Covers beta status, account responsibility, acceptable use, user content ownership, Drawoble's limited service license, suspension and termination, disclaimers, and liability limits (aggregate cap of the greater of 12 months' fees or USD 100, with mandatory-law carve-outs).
- Keeps payment language dormant but ready: renewal and cancellation disclosures must be carried by the checkout flow itself, not buried in the Terms, once billing launches.
- Türkiye / Istanbul governing law with the consumer mandatory-law carveout (TBK m.50, TKHK 6502) preserved; published in Türkçe and English, with the Türkçe text prevailing on conflict.
- Makes no numerical uptime or service-level promise; data handling is deferred to the Privacy Policy.
