Privacy Policy change history
Every published version of the Privacy Policy, newest first. Published versions are never deleted or rewritten in place, so the text you were shown at any point in time stays verifiable.
How versions work. Corrections such as typos and broken links are fixed in place without a new version. A clarification that does not change processing or your rights produces a new version and an entry here. A material change — a new data class, a new processor, a new transfer, or any change to your rights — produces a new version, an entry here, and an email notice at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Version 1 — effective 23 July 2026
- First public Privacy Policy for the hosted Drawoble service, published before the private beta opens.
- Maps the KVKK Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğü (Article 10) items to labelled sections: controller identity, purposes, recipients, collection method and legal basis, and data subject rights.
- Publishes the sub-processor list separately at /legal/sub-processors, with a 30-day advance notice policy for vendor changes.
- States the real retention windows — 30-day project trash, automated purge after account deletion, 24-hour export archives — and discloses that backup copies age out on their own cycle.
- Records that the application sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and that error reports carry no account identifier or email address.
